WCAG, EN 301 549, EAA, AgID and regulatory references
I use WCAG criteria and references relevant to the project to define tests and practical decisions. Target markets and client requirements are part of the scope to agree.
I’m Giuseppe Stumbo, owner of WebInclusive. I bring experience in frontend development, accessibility and native app QA to projects with companies and agencies.

I started in web and frontend development for international e-commerce. Over the years, I combined accessibility with app QA, before moving into independent consultancy: nearly twenty years working on digital products.
I own WebInclusive and personally provide the specialist consultancy. Any involvement of other professionals, their roles and responsibilities is agreed before the engagement.
Since 2007, I have worked on web development, frontend development and product quality for high-traffic international e-commerce platforms.
Since 2018, I have worked on assessing and improving accessibility for international partner brands.
Since 2022, I have handled QA for native iOS and Android apps: functional testing, regression testing, end-to-end journeys and automation with Maestro UI.
Since 2025, I have worked as an independent consultant for companies, agencies and teams looking to address accessibility in websites, apps and interfaces.
One document from my own work you can inspect is this website’s self-assessment: it states the scope, method and declared limitations. It is separate from the illustrative examples and is not a client case study.

The certification concerns professional competence, not the conformance of the products assessed.
I bring technical experience and attention to how your team works, from initial assessments through to fixes.

Workflow
A finding must help someone take action. That is why I connect evidence, priorities and verification criteria to the backlog and your team's tools, such as Jira and Confluence, within Agile or Scrum processes.
People use the same service with different abilities, tools and circumstances. Starting with barriers faced by people with disabilities helps build alternatives that are useful in other contexts too.
People using a keyboard or an alternative control need to reach every field, recognise focus and submit the enquiry. The journey remains available when a mouse cannot be used.
Captions and transcripts make information available to people who cannot hear. They also help people watching a video in a noisy place or with the sound switched off.
Brief instructions and errors that explain how to continue reduce comprehension difficulties. They help people with cognitive disabilities or reading difficulties, and people using an unfamiliar service or with limited attention.
Together, we can identify which assessments you need and how to fit them into your team's work.
