For your product

I help you organise accessibility work on your company’s product with your internal team and suppliers.

  • Your business
  • Team and suppliers
  • My specialist support
I work on your product with the internal team and suppliers. Priorities and resources remain your company’s decisions.
  • Product priorities

We start with important user journeys and service constraints. I help you identify where to act; your company decides priorities and resources.

  • Working with your team and suppliers

I clarify findings with those responsible for design, development and content, giving the people implementing changes actionable guidance.

  • A status you can base decisions on

We distinguish open issues, verified corrections and areas still to be tested, so you can decide on the next step.

Let’s discuss your product

From finding to closure: a complete example

Fictional example: a catalogue barrier, the proposed fix and a simulated retest. It shows how I document the work; it does not report client results.

DEMO-F01 · Focus is not visible on catalogue controls

The QUOTIDIANO catalogue lacks a focus indicator. Case DEMO-F01 follows the same barrier from the report through verification of the fix.

  1. Before: focus is invisible

Focus reaches “Choose Bag”, but nothing identifies the active control.

Both controls are affected: in this demonstration the priority is high because choosing a product becomes uncertain.

  2. After: the active control is clear

An outline makes “Choose Bag” identifiable when it receives focus.

The change affects the buttons’ :focus-visible state. The expected behaviour is documented in finding DEMO-F01.

  3. Check: the outline follows the sequence

The outline follows Tab from Bag to Backpack and moves back with Shift + Tab.

In the simulated case, DEMO-F01 is closed for focus on the two controls. Payment, screen readers and catalogue-wide conformance remain out of scope.

How I organise the work with your team

Five phases, each with an outcome to hand over to the team. Support and retesting are agreed in the engagement.

  1. Understand the product

    Agreed scope and activities

  2. Assess the journeys

    Findings with reproducible evidence

  3. Set priorities

    Prioritised list of actions

  4. Support the people fixing issues

Agreed solutions, if support is included

  5. Reassess

Correction outcomes, if retesting is included
